The foundation is dedicated to restoring nutrient dense foods to the American diet though education, research and activism and supports a number of movements that contribute to this project.
International Foundation for Nutrition and Health is a non-profit educational organization serving the health care practitioner. They are a great source of information on whole food nutrition.
